The globalization, changes in the demography, in the cultural policy and in the financing of culture are all creating a need for updating the education for cultural management. In order to face challenges and to train students and teachers to cope with the coming changes, four universities from different parts of Europe, from the North, East and South, created a project where these could be tested. These four universities were: Pädagogische Hochschule Ludwigsburg, (Germany), Humak University of Applied Sciences (Finland), Jagellonian University in Cracow, (Poland) and South-West University Blagoevgrad (Bulgaria).
This book contains articles, papers presentations and discussions that were held during project’s meetings in Bulgaria and in Germany 2011-12.
